The experience was mixed. The tours organized, especially the balloon trip and the green tour, were exceptional and reasonably priced, providing great value. However, the service left much to be desired. staff were unprofessional during activity bookings and often dismissive of concerns. The room, while comfortable, could not fully compensate for the overall dissatisfaction with service quality.

This one had me thinking…
Breathtaking location near vibrant eateries! The rooftop views of morning hot air balloons were unforgettable. The fabulous staff made planning our Cappadocia excursions easy, notably Bahtu at reception. Our comfy room offered excellent value. Minor moldy scent was present, a norm in cave hotels, but the enticing breakfast spread made it all worthwhile!

Best stay for families with parents needing ease
The staff were helpful. They drove us to a beautiful Rose Valley for sunset and gave us a mini tour on the way, explaining the sights. The room was spacious and modern but still had that unique cave vibe. The breakfast was excellent-so many fresh local items that I wanted to try everything each morning.
It wasn’t exactly economical, but you get what you pay for.

Our stay was quite nice with a good location, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious, which I appreciated, and the friendly staff helped us with our tours and even arranged a lovely babysitter for our son while we did the balloon ride. However, the room could have used some improvements as the bathroom had a bit of a mold issue, which made it less pleasant. Overall, it was a great base for our adventures in the region.

missingWrote a review on May 25charming architecturestunning viewsunique experiencecleanliness issueslimited breakfast
Unique architecture with charming cave room vibes. Rooftop views during breakfast offer a stunning panorama perfect for watching balloons soar over the landscape.
The deluxe suite showed some wear, with walls that had noticeable damage and bricks chipping off. Climbing stairs to reach the suite can feel cumbersome, especially with luggage. an elevator would definitely enhance comfort. Breakfast choices seemed limited, possibly due to off-season, and some furniture felt neglected and dirty. Overall cleanliness in common areas, like furniture outside the suite, leaves a bit to be desired and doesn’t match the expectations set by the rustic theme.
